My name is Robin La Pere. That’s me on the right in the photo, taken when my wife and business partner Margaret were special guests at one of our clients' 40th Anniversary celebrations.
What makes me different from some other business and franchise consultants is that I don’t just have business qualifications (mine are at MBA level). I’ve also run businesses and franchises, led teams, launched new products and services, and started and grown my own businesses and franchises.
Which means I understand exactly what you’re going through as a business owner or franchisor.

I am based in Auckland, New Zealand. New Zealand, of course, is at the centre (US: center) of the world, making it supremely easy for me to support my clients worldwide.
Using Zoom, Whatsapp, email and any kind of media you work with, I communicate with clients throughout the world and have a network of global contacts available to provide you with local service if required.
I also travel frequently to visit my clients in person and to provide my services wherever they are required.

Advertising Copywriter
At 18, I cut my teeth at DDB, one of the world's largest advertising agencies, as a Trainee Copywriter. Five years later, I came back as a Senior Copywriter working with some of the best in the business doing great TV, radio, magazine and other media work for great clients, including American Express, Panasonic and Singapore Airlines.

Creative Director
Team Direct was one of a ground-breaking new breed of direct marketing agencies. One of my most satisfying achievements was producing direct marketing cam-paigns for charities such as the Red Cross, Cancer Society, National Heart Foundation and CCS Disability which brought in record donations.

Teacher
I had always wanted to be a teacher, and I maintain that if you can manage and engage a classroom full of teenagers, running conferences, workshops, training sessions and speaking events will be a walk in the park. The leadership, communication and interpersonal skills I learned as a teacher have been the foundation of my career as a business leader, consultant, coach and speaker.
